雇用体制
ニートやフリーターとか呼ばれる人々（個人的にはこのような分類法は根本的に間違っている気がするのだが）の労働力は100～300万人と言われている。
常々考えているアイデアと社会の欠陥は以下の通りに集約されると思う。
・・・・どんなに変わった奴でも、落ち着ける相応しい場所は存在する。そういう奴にそのような場所を提供してやって、力を発揮させ、その結果莫大なプロジェクトを敢行させる。これが、間違いなくこの国を救う手立てになる。
最大の問題は、このような度量がこの国に欠けていることだ。彼らに問題があるわけではない。敷かれたレールの上をひた走り、世界の真実も知らないまま経済発展のみが世界のすべてと勘違いしたまま日本を骨抜きにした世代にすべての責任はある・・・・・・・。
彼らの存在は、いわばこの国の試金石なのである。

学術的に、平均的な頭脳というものは元来、怠惰で、最も抵抗が少ない方向へと進む傾向がある。普通の人間の精神世界は、信念から成り立っている。それは、彼らがそれまで疑うことなく受け入れてきたものといえる。人々は当然、昔からなじんできた信念にとても愛情を持つようになる。このようなわけで、人間は、なにか自分の生活の慣れ親しんだ秩序を乱すものならば、それがたとえどんなものであれ、敵意を示す。“新しい考え方”、それは古い信念にそぐわないものであると同時に、ある変化をもたらすもの、つまり、自分の考え方、社会の慣習を変える必要性があるということである。この移行過程は、たいていの場合、不愉快なものであり、大きな抵抗を生ずる。多数派に属する人やその仲間の場合、伝統的な（古い）信念に疑問を投げかけるような新しい考え方や、そのような意見を耳にすると、どんな人であれ、往々にこう主張するであろう。“そのような考え方は邪道である”と。理由は簡単である。それらが彼らに、変化を要求するものであるからだ。
